Please note that 7 or more days prior to the group booking you will declare the final number of participants for the tournament and will prepay green fees for the total number of participants.

Prepaid green fees are not refundable for “no shows.” Group bookings go rain or shine unless the course is deemed unplayable by management. If the course is unplayable, then every effort will be made to reschedule your tournament on a date suitable to you. If a suitable date is not available, the prepayment will be refunded.
